This stay was just a proper fit for a budget stay in Memphis with good value considering the price it charged. The location was great, just 19 minutes from Graceland, which was convenient for our plans. If you're staying here, consider using Uber instead of the hotel's shuttle service for a better rate.

Great staff & location!

Had a bit of a roller coaster start with our closed hotel, but the staff here were lifesavers! Neil at the front desk really helped us out, and the shuttle drivers were super friendly. The breakfast was decent, though a bit basic – maybe add some yogurt? The location’s awesome for exploring downtown, but the room could use a little more TLC.

I really liked how the front desk staff bent over backwards for us. You know, the first room had a heater issue, and they quickly moved us to another room, no questions asked and even knocked off 10% on our bill.
